Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality wound care to patients with various wound types, including burn and wound-ostomy cases Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal wound healing outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research, technologies, and treatment modalities Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Essential Qualifications RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey Experience in wound care, burn care, or related field Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Burn and Wound-Ostomy certification Experience working in an academic medical center or Level 1 trauma center Magnet recognition experience Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Wound Healing RN at Incredible Health, you'll need to possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
