Job Details: Workday Talent Consultant Client Location: Knoxville, TN / Remote Position Duration: 3+ Months (could go beyond) Preferred Time Zone: Eastern or Central time zone, but Western zone can be accommodated Travel Requirements: None Key Responsibilities: Providing Technical Support and Configuration Expertise As a Workday Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for: Providing technical support to clients' Workday Talent application Demonstrating new capabilities to HR stakeholders as a Configurator Utilizing your expertise in Workday Talent areas such as: Give and get feedback Mid-year updates Performance assessment launch Co-authoring Assess potential Talent pools Working independently with minimal supervision Providing production support assistance as needed Consulting on new release functionality Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you must possess: Active, recent Workday experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Workday certification Experience in Workday Talent management and configuration Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in multiple Workday modules Previous experience as a Workday Configurator Familiarity with IT service management best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Collabera, we are committed to fostering career growth and lifelong learning.
