About the Project: Global Job Architecture (GJA)
The Global Job Architecture (GJA) project is a foundational framework designed to organize all jobs across Johnson & Johnson into defined functions, tracks, and levels. This initiative aims to provide a clearer development pathway for employees, enabling the company to attract, develop, and retain top talent. As a Workday QA HCM Testing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the functional readiness of the Workday solution for GJA.
Key Responsibilities
Perform usability testing and communicate activities and findings effectively
Control and manage daily test activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
Provide internal quality assurance, leveraging your expertise in Workday Core HCM and testing workday transactions
Prepare functional and automated test plans and procedures, utilizing tools like PRISM and Kainos Smart
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRIS and technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and defect resolution
Participate in defect triage calls, utilizing your proficiency in defect management tools like Jira
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including testing workday transactions and preparing functional/automated test plans and procedures
Strong QA background, with a focus on Workday testing and quality management
Proficiency in HCM modules like Staffing and Compensation
Experience with Workday Automation Tools like Kainos Smart
Defect management expertise, with a strong understanding of Jira
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner with business, HRIS teams, and technical stakeholders at all levels
