Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. An active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds (or be willing to obtain them). A dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (or be willing to obtain one). Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
