**Job Summary**

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including records entry, clerical work, and customer service. You will work closely with our team to provide support to our consumers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**

* Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries
* Update and maintain customer telephone call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
* Provide managerial support, including profile page creation and updating
* Perform filing, information entry, and document generation tasks
* Create and improve customer service concern tickets
* Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and manage exclusive management projects, including spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, information entry, and Net investigation activities
* Manage the company's entrance hall region: greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, work applicants, and customers; straight and seat all guests to their designated offices and conference room and alert workers of their arrival/appointment
* Perform general office duties, including but not limited to declaring, information entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
* Be responsible for checking out supply products

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* Work From Home experience
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to observe instructions and facility rules to perform essential project functions
* Illustrated analytical capacities
