Job Summary As a Work From Home Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out various tasks and projects related to data analysis, operations support, and business intelligence. You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement new and existing systems to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities • Carry out data analysis and investigation tasks, including data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization, to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. • Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data systems to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new and existing systems to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. • Apply statistical and mathematical models to analyze complex data sets and make recommendations to business stakeholders. • Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analysis and operations support capabilities. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. • 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or operations support role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis software, such as Excel or SQL. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL. • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Oracle or SAP. • Certifications in data analysis or operations support, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
