Job Summary As a Work-from-Home Delivery Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a delivery truck to transport packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time. Key Responsibilities * Operate a delivery truck to transport packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive their packages on time * Lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds and manage objects in a safe and efficient manner * Comply with Department of Transportation regulations and successfully complete the DOT physical examination * Wear the uniform issued by the company and maintain a professional appearance * Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of the organization * Dedicate 8 to 10 hours a day to the role, with the actual working days changing to meet the needs of the organization Qualifications and Experience * An authentic driver's license is obligatory, but depending on the state, various variations are accessible, while a commercial driver's license is not mandatory * Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds and manage objects in a safe and efficient manner * Unbeatable driving proficiency and exceptional service to customers * Legal permanent residents, also known as green card holders, have the same right to work in the U.S. as citizens but may face limitations in certain jobs that require security clearance * Dedicated to following UPS' regulations for uniform and personal presentation Benefits * Excellent weekly pay * Space for career advancement is present, with the option of transitioning to a permanent position * Extensive training provided * Access to reliable transportation with well-functioning vehicles and punctual timetables * Available now is the opportunity for a permanent role that has generous benefits including free healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid leave on holidays, sick days, and personal choice days Salary * The pay rate for this job is a fixed $23.00 per hour About Workwarp At Workwarp, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time.
