**Key Responsibilities**

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - Specialty Servicing, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong knowledge of banking products and services
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Work at Home Technology Requirements**

To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot)
* Cable or fiber connections are preferred
* Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10+ mbps preferred
* Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required
* Hard wired connectivity is preferred, any use of wireless connectivity must be Private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption
* A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of site to every device on the network

**Compensation and Benefits**

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - Specialty Servicing, you can expect:

* A competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour
* An additional 5% applies to Las Vegas, NV and Wilmington, DE
