About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them navigate our financial services and banking products. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and reliable internet connection, and a private office space that's free from distractions and background noise.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, and a willingness to listen and help our customers
Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers, using exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques
Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with a positive attitude and a ability to be flexible and embrace change
Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, and a solid attendance record
Maintain a secure and reliable home office environment, with a private internet connection that meets our technical requirements
Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and be able to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, to continuously improve your skills and knowledge


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of customer service experience, or 2 years of call center experience
A strong customer focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to manage your time effectively
A reliable and secure home office environment, with a private internet connection that meets our technical requirements


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

At least 1 year of financial services experience, or banking experience
Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of financial services and banking products, and the ability to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other technology systems
