About the Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – Card Account Servicing at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to resolve their card account servicing issues. Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Be proactive, have effective time management and organizational skills, and display dependability with a solid attendance record
Maintain a secure and reliable home office environment that meets our technology requirements, including a private internet connection and a password-protected network


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or banking environment
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and embrace change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, management, and customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
