Whether it's helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you'll be caring for our customers' meaningful life moments. Your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, such as: * Health and wellness * 401(k) retirement savings plans * Pension plans * Leaves of absence * Payroll * System navigation You'll strive to build impactful relationships with our customers across all communication platforms, whether it's voice, chat, web tickets, or appointments.
