Key Responsibilities As a Wireless Sales and Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting new customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations for wireless products and services Building strong relationships with customers and coworkers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction Staying up-to-date with the latest wireless technology and trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers Working in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets, and achieving performance goals Collaborating with the sales team to achieve store targets and promote a positive and supportive team culture Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of wireless products and services Participating in training and development programs to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service skills Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Flexibility to work regular retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to and from work Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and achieve performance goals Basic math skills, including ability to calculate discounts, pricing, and commissions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the wireless industry Knowledge of wireless products and services, including plans, features, and pricing Experience working in a retail environment, including meeting sales targets and achieving performance goals Strong technical skills, including ability to learn and use new software and systems Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages spoken in the local community Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management, including verbal and written communication Interpersonal skills : ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution Customer service skills : ability to provide exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed Sales skills : ability to meet sales targets, achieve performance goals, and promote wireless products and services to customers Technical skills : ability to learn and use new software and systems, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management systems Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At T-ROC, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for career growth and development.
