Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update employee data in the WFM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Generate reports to provide insights on workforce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement, analyzing data to provide insights on staffing needs and contributing to strategic planning. Assist in scheduling and attendance tracking, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Respond to inquiries related to data and reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
