**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for reading blueprints, performing accurate welds, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, long-term position working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focused on the MIG and stick welding of heavy metal components and fabricated parts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications
* Perform accurate welds using MIG and stick welding techniques
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures
* Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of welding experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
* Proficient in MIG and stick welding
* Able to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
* High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
