Key Responsibilities
Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process
Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
Successfully demonstrate QRM's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing at least 40wpm
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of call center software and technology
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
