Job Summary As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service requests, appointment booking, customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues with a one-call resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
