Experienced Web Developer Wanted! (Wordpress / Elementor / CSS)

MyMarketingPass is a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency, and we’re expanding our development team. We already have incredible designers — what we need now are builders who can take those designs and bring them to life with precision, speed, and creativity.

What You’ll Do
You’ll take finalized design assets (Figma/PSD/etc.) and build full websites inside WordPress using Elementor. Your job is to:
• Make the pages look exactly like the design — or even better
• Add motion, animation, and interaction to make everything feel alive
• Make the site ultra-clean on mobile
• Use smart judgment when choosing stock images or enhancing visual stories
• Build efficiently while maintaining high quality
• Fix layout issues, spacing, alignment, and responsiveness
• Improve speed, structure, and plugin performance
• Work quickly and communicate reliably
• Deliver completed sites ready for QA
• Work on multiple builds each week
And best of all — you don’t deal with clients or customer issues.
Our internal team handles all communication, tickets, and expectations.
You get well-organized tasks, polished designs, and the space to focus purely on building great websites.
We value developers who proactively make sites better without needing to be micromanaged.

Required Skills
You must have:
• Strong WordPress + Elementor development experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and reliability
• Fast and efficient building workflow
• Strong sense for layout, spacing, and visual balance
• Ability to choose and edit stock imagery when needed
• Ability to follow instructions with precision
Bonus Skills (Amazing if You Have Them)
• HTML/CSS fundamentals
• WooCommerce, Webflow, Shopify, Wix
• Thinkific, LearnDash, Kajabi
• Basic SQL understanding
• Redirects (301 vs 302)
• SSL and hosting basics
• Modular design thinking
• Understanding of procedural vs OOP logic
