Role Overview As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth receipt, scanning, sorting, stowing, and dispatching of Amazon parcels. Key Responsibilities: Receiving and scanning parcels upon arrival at the warehouse. Sorting and stowing parcels in designated areas of the warehouse. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to lift up to 15kg, and stand for long periods. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and management. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, having previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment can be beneficial. Knowledge of health and safety procedures, experience with manual handling, and basic IT skills are also desirable.
