Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Worker at Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include: Ensuring pallets of product are built safely and efficiently to minimize product damage during transportation and maximize trailer space Safely operating equipment necessary to perform job duties, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect Performing order audits to determine accuracy and quality Maintaining knowledge of all quality standards, specifications, and requirements for all products Informing operations management of daily quality issues using reports and other forms of necessary communication Maintaining the integrity of the cold chain on loads that have temperature requirements Working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to cold temperatures and lifting weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a cold environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience operating a pallet jack, forklift, and Vocollect Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and requirements for all products Experience working in a cold environment and maintaining the integrity of the cold chain Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a cold environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
