Key Responsibilities Move packages, documents, and supplies in a timely, safe, and efficient manner using effective scan/load methods. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals. Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: No minimum education or experience required - we're open to training the right candidate! Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance from ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours, bend and squat as required, and maneuver packages in enclosed spaces. Ability to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders if required at the work location. Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
