**Responsibilities**
As a Voice - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Conducting virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing personalized support and guidance
* Providing SMS support to potential leads, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
* Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions that meet their expectations

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time
* Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales role, with a strong adaptability and flexibility to work
