Responsibilities Support Comms work: Assist in brand alignment across PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint visual updates, visual diagrams support, Viva Engage template support, newsletter headers, and consistency across all deliverables. Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions: Develop innovative visual solutions to communication problems, considering the target audience, brand identity, and project goals. Develop overall layout and production design: Create visually appealing layouts and production designs for publications or web interfaces related to graphic design, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Prepare sketches or layouts: Present your ideas to clients through sketches or layouts, effectively communicating your vision and design decisions. Create charts and graphs: Develop charts and graphs from given data, presenting complex information in an easily digestible format. Qualifications To succeed as a Visual Designer 3, you'll need: Storytelling and Branding experience: Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and tell engaging stories through visual design. Viva Engage and SharePoint experience: Familiarity with Viva Engage and SharePoint, with the ability to create and manage visual content within these platforms. PowerPoint experience: 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint, with a focus on creating engaging and informative presentations. Figma experience: 4+ years of experience with Figma, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. Stakeholder collaboration experience: 3+ years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop visual design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
