The Role of a Community Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Property Operations Team as a Community Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks for a large, complex community or group of communities in the Texas and Denver regions. As a Community Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting the maintenance or office administrative functions, depending on the community's needs. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, move-ins, renewals, move-outs, project management, and general administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks for a large, complex community or group of communities Support maintenance or office administrative functions, depending on community needs Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and on-site purchasing Facilitate move-ins, renewals, and move-outs Oversee project management and general administration Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners Provide exceptional customer service and ensure resident satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, as well as exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities. We prefer candidates with one to two years of experience in multi-family or related property management, retail, or hospitality. A high school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
