Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following essential qualifications: Have at least 3 years of lead teaching experience in a U.S. K-12 public, private, and/or charter school. Hold a U.S. teaching credential (exceptions may be considered for retired teachers with recently lapsed credentials and significant classroom experience). Be passionate about teaching science and committed to advancing equity in education. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment. Preferred qualifications include: Experience teaching K-12 science in the classroom or online environment. Familiarity with Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Background in special education (SPED) or English language learner (ELL) teaching. Experience with remediation, intervention, or small group instruction. Ability to teach Spanish Language Arts.
