About the Role: EAP Remote Counselor As an AllOne Health Virtual Counselor, you'll be at the forefront of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing critical mental health support and counseling services to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality counseling and support services to Assistance Program Members, addressing their mental health and well-being needs with empathy and professionalism. Create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and work towards their personal goals. Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services, maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in mental health support and counseling. Essential Qualifications: A Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work) from an accredited institution. Full Clinical licensure in any U.S. state, or Limited Licensure in preferred states, with the potential for supervision and support towards full licensure. A reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to support high-quality telehealth services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services, particularly in an EAP or similar setting. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the delivery of virtual counseling services. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Skills and Competencies for Success: Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting the well-being of others. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to assess client needs effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
