Meet productivity and quality standards, including completing records on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday per diem.
Utilize transcription software and equipment, including a foot pedal and headphones.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with changing medical terminology, transcription guidelines, and industry developments.
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of medical transcription experience is a must.
Fluent in English.
U.S. citizen.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years of medical transcription experience.
Certification in medical transcription (e.g., RMT, CMT, or CTR).
Experience with EHR systems and medical terminology.
Technical Requirements
