As a Virtual Design Supervisor, you will be an integral part of this team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality designs and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Designers and Coordinators to achieve key operational metrics and deliver exceptional customer service. Set and communicate team and individual goals, assign clear responsibilities, and oversee team activities to ensure consistent execution and service quality. Monitor Designer performance, provide coaching and development, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities. Collaborate with peer Supervisors, IST, Stores, and Service Providers to identify and respond to immediate needs and generate ideas for process improvements. Manage leads, create designs, and provide product recommendations to customers. Ensure consistent and effective messaging to Coordinators and other stakeholders. Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance the Virtual Design business model. Manage the employee life cycle, including performance management, coaching, and development. Evaluate reports for accuracy and completeness, identify issues, and communicate effectively with the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Virtual Design Supervisor, you will need: Strong knowledge of customer service practices, remodeling and installation activities, people management, and retail selling operations. Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving team performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the home improvement or retail industry. Knowledge of design principles and practices. Familiarity with Lowe's products and services. Previous experience in a virtual or remote work environment.
