What You Will Do

As an integral member of the arenaflex team, your primary responsibility will be to process electronic submissions from our members with speed, accuracy, and unwavering attention to detail. You will serve as the first line of quality assurance, comparing entered data against source documents to identify and correct any discrepancies before finalizing records.

Key Responsibilities Include:


Process electronic submissions from members quickly and accurately, ensuring all data is entered into our systems correctly the first time
Compare data with source documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all member records
Validate supporting documentation to ensure it meets specified requirements and regulatory standards, particularly those related to HIPAA compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive member information, adhering to all privacy regulations and arenaflex security protocols
Meet established daily quotas while maintaining the highest quality standards for all processed entries
Follow specific instructions and procedures precisely, adapting to any updates or changes in processing guidelines
Document and record member information accurately in our CRM system, ensuring all fields are complete and properly categorized
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any questions, issues, or suggestions for process improvement
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
