About the Role We are seeking an experienced Virtual Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a remote, work-from-home basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling, and data entry services to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Scheduling : Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for clients and internal teams. Ensure all parties are informed and prepared, and that all scheduling conflicts are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Administrative Assistance : Provide support with general administrative tasks including email management, document preparation, and office organization. Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and that our internal teams have the support they need to succeed. Travel Bookings : Arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure bookings are accurate, cost-effective, and meet the needs of our clients. Utilize your knowledge of travel booking systems to optimize travel arrangements and minimize costs. Customer Service : Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer questions and concerns, and ensure that all client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Data Entry : Accurately input and manage data related to client accounts, travel arrangements, and other business operations. Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our data management policies and procedures. Task Coordination : Assist with project management tasks and support various business initiatives as needed. Utilize your organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, and customer service. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills . The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. Experience with travel booking systems is a plus. Strong communication skills , both written and verbal. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders is critical. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace . The ability to work remotely and maintain a productive and distraction-free work environment is required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with travel booking systems . Knowledge of travel booking systems and the ability to optimize travel arrangements is a plus. Certification in administrative support or a related field .
