Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a strong commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency in your customer support services. Participate in ongoing performance evaluations and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications A minimum age of 18 years old with at least a high school degree or equivalent. Authorization to work in the US and current residency within the US (excluding residents of AR, CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, Washington, DC, and WI). A quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup, including a reliable computer, internet connection, and noise-cancelling headphones. Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills, as well as excellent command of the English language. Willingness to undergo standard background checks and assessments as part of our hiring process. Access to a smartphone for system verification and other work-related tasks. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 and other software applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless performance and high-quality customer service, we require our remote customer service representatives to meet specific technical requirements. These include: A dual-core 2.8 GHz or better CPU speed with an appropriate processor. At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB. Internet speeds that meet or exceed our specified requirements. Windows 10 (64-bit) operating system with a minimum of 4 GB RAM. A direct Ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem. Compensation and Benefits As a remote customer service representative with ECS, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: A starting pay rate of minimum wage in your state for work under 40 hours per week, with full-time earning potential ranging between $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance, hours, and customer satisfaction.
