Job Overview We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team as Virtual Customer Support Agents. As a 1099 opportunity, this role offers a competitive starting salary of $10/hour, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction. With the potential to earn $30,000-60,000+ per year, this is an opportunity to grow your career and increase your earnings. You'll have the flexibility to choose your hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with opportunities to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, video, and live chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize your home computer and headset to work remotely, ensuring a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Engage with customers, guiding them to find answers and solutions to their queries, and delivering a positive customer experience. Work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet performance expectations and customer satisfaction targets. Essential Qualifications 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment. A professional home office setup, including a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset. Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed, with a flexible attitude towards scheduling. Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Technical Requirements CPU: i5 (or equivalent) or i7 recommended; no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors. Internet speed: 5Mbs download and 3Mbs upload minimum. Network latency: Max 250 MS latency. Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit). RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended. A dedicated ethernet connection and a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks, iPads, and similar devices are not acceptable).
