Key Responsibilities Engage in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain a commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency in your work schedule. Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Preferred experience in customer service, but it's not mandatory – we're happy to train the right candidate.A quiet, dedicated workspace with a personal computer (excluding Chromebooks, netbooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers), a headset, and a reliable wired high-speed internet connection. Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills, including excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar. Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment as part of our hiring process. Minimum age requirement of 18 years old, holding at least a high school degree or equivalent, and authorized to work in the US, currently residing within the US.Access to a smartphone for system verification and other work-related purposes. Technical Requirements To ensure you have the necessary technical capabilities to perform this role, you should have: Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Phenom Ryzen (or equivalent) processor. At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB, with a reliable and efficient operating system. Internet speeds must meet or exceed 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, with a maximum network latency of 120 ms, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.Operating on Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM, and a direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is required.
