About the Role: Virtual Customer Service Representative As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with OneSupport, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they deserve. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Follow up on client cases, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, update records, and track issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry expertise. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows or macOS, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications. Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload) and a direct Ethernet connection preferred. Ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy. A quiet and distraction-free workspace, with the ability to sit for extended periods and maintain manual dexterity. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with CRM software and customer service technologies. Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and workflows. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision.
