Key Responsibilities Field customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize knowledge of our products to educate and retain customers, promoting a positive experience and driving sales growth. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous service enhancements and refining problem areas. Escalate customer or operational issues to supervisors, focusing on timely and mutually beneficial resolutions. Maintain a high level of productivity, adhering to call center metrics such as call quality scores, average talk time, and customer feedback scores. Participate in video meetings, chat, and email communications, ensuring effective collaboration with the remote team. Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service experience , with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. 1-year experience in a contact/call center setting , preferably virtual, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators. Business-to-Customer (B2C) experience , with a client-facing background and excellent communication skills. Empathetic listener , with a sensitive, upbeat, and optimistic approach to customer interactions. Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills , with the ability to navigate multiple windows and screens quickly. Excellent time management skills , with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work. Solid work ethic , with a commitment to delivering exceptional results, even in the absence of direct supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems, such as Zendesk, Singlecomm, or Salesforce. Familiarity with cloud-based telephony software, VoIP, or other related technologies. Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, and retention, with a strong understanding of customer service support principles. Ability to work Saturday shifts when necessary, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
