With a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, our associates are passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II (Retirement Plans), you will be responsible for: * Connecting people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via the phone * Taking ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations * Actively listening to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request * Understanding the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and positioning appropriate solutions based on the customer's need **Class Start Date and Training Schedule** The class start date is November 4th, 2024. Training will take place from 9am-6pm EST, and you will be required to be flexible to work the assigned shift based on business needs.
