About blithequark Retiree Health Solutions (RHS) blithequark Retiree Health Solutions is a business unit within blithequark that assists Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting appropriate Medicare health plans. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) in our Sales and Service Center (SSC), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing support with website navigation and self-service options. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to confirm, schedule, or reschedule appointments with Benefit Advisors Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing updates on application status Assist customers with website navigation and self-service options, ensuring a seamless experience Engage in live chat with customers, providing timely and effective support Demonstrate a basic understanding of Medicare health plans, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments Utilize proprietary blithequark tools to research options and provide accurate information to customers Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, de-escalating complex situations as needed Accurately document all conversations and actions taken on each interaction Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer telephony, with a general comfort level using internet and computer tools Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with cloud technology and human insights Skills and Competencies: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a multi-functional environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate resilience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand verbal and non-verbal cues On-camera visibility during meetings, training sessions, or as requested by leadership Ability to work in a dedicated quiet home office/workspace with a stable internet connection (minimum speed 100 Mbps) What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including: Competitive compensation and benefits Continuing education and training opportunities Tremendous growth potential within a growing global organization Flexible working arrangements, with the opportunity to work remotely A culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion Programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet, and life Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our colleagues Grow with Purpose.
