Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services to meet those needs
Convey in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and other key components of our offerings
Continuously develop and refine your selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
Provide exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
Accurately document client information and interactions according to established policies and procedures
Demonstrate integrity and compliance with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and customer service practices


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least two years of experience in customer support, with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
A proven track record of success in a customer care and sales environment, with at least two years of experience
The ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate electronic systems with ease

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a virtual or remote customer care environment
