Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meaningful
Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously
Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this role
1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy or medical setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology
