Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
Proactively identify solutions to common client questions and concerns, adopting a hands-on approach to resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior advisors or specialized teams as needed.
Deliver top-tier customer experiences, working in a high-velocity environment that demands attention to detail, empathy, and effective communication skills.
Assist clients with questions related to their insurance coverage, copays, and payment options, providing clear and concise information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Offer technical support and guidance to clients navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring seamless user experiences and resolving technical issues promptly.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring that all communication is customer-centric and solution-focused.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Capabilities:


Reside in the state of Utah, USA.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices.
Demonstrate experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and PC skills.
Have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber to the home) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
Be able to adjust your schedule regularly (every 2 weeks), with a 2-week advance notice.
Work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions, allowing you to focus on client interactions during work hours.


Preferred Capabilities:


1+ year of significant telephone or email customer support experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in a customer support or call center environment.
Background in healthcare or a related field.
