About the Role As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and guidance on a range of healthcare-related topics. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a schedule that may vary to meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Carefully identify the answers to customer questions, taking ownership of issues and resolving them whenever possible. Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platforms. Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term connections. Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs. Deliver exceptional service experiences, operating in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications. Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills. A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. The ability to work in a private environment, free from distractions. Flexibility to change your schedule frequently, with two weeks' notice. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Work experience in the medical field. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
