Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and relevant information about blithequark's products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, escalating complex cases when necessary to ensure timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including technical support, product development, and customer experience, to provide personalized support and ensure a cohesive customer experience. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve the user experience and drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's latest product updates, features, and services to provide accurate information and expert advice to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up to guarantee a seamless customer experience. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistant roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Knowledge of blithequark's products and services is a plus, but not required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products is essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a tech environment or supporting tech products, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk, with experience in using these tools to manage customer interactions and relationships. Multilingual capabilities (fluency in multiple languages), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
