Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant – Inflight Operations and Data Entry Specialist, you will:
Coordinate the movement of Inflight team schedulers at the framework Tasks Control Center
Administer shift exercises of the Inflight Team Booking capabilities
Arrange and communicate with other working groups within the NOC
Ensure legally binding agreements and planning practices are composed reliably and proficiently
Function as a contact with bases and different divisions with the NOC, empowering open communication and demonstrating collaboration through cross-functional working connections
Maintain positive associations with the airline steward association delegates
Coordinate a team of senior schedulers and schedulers
Create representatives and support positive employee engagement
Address Inflight Planning as a SME for organizational IT, training, and project drives

Qualifications
What's required to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High School diploma or GED
4 years of Functional Administration experience
4 years of Scheduling Activities experience
Strong ability to promote diversity, communication, and employee development
Strong verbal communication skills
Read and write in English
Capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position

Inflight Group Scheduling experience
