Your primary responsibilities will include examining client information, analyzing data, and providing insights to support our marketing and customer experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities Information Investigation: Analyze client information to understand their behaviors, preferences, and needs. This includes examining CRM data, transaction records, and other relevant information to identify patterns and trends. Campaign Advancement: Collaborate with marketing teams to improve client journeys. This involves analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for enhancements based on client insights. Performance Metrics Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of campaign drives using key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes monitoring client engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics, as well as A/B Testing. Feedback Analysis: Analyze client feedback, reviews, and surveys to gather insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement. Use this data to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the client experience. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer care, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client relationship management. Technology Integration: Stay updated on CRM technologies and tools. Integrate new technologies, including new channels, that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client experience campaign drives. Reporting and Documentation: Create reports and document findings to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Present data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in campaign processes, configurations, and procedures. Implement changes based on insights and feedback to enhance the overall client experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A four-year college degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance. Superior analytical skills with various analysis and statistical software and applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience in data entry and analysis. Familiarity with CRM technologies and tools. Knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
