Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A four-year college degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance. Superior analytical skills with various analysis and statistical software and applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated leadership skills.
