Job Overview The Virtual Assistant and Short-Term Rental Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. This includes platform management, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, and addressing guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in the vacation rental or hotel industry, and be available to work during normal U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods. Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeeping staff, schedule and manage cleaner appointments, and ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. Guest issue resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues within 3 hours or ASAP. Communication and coordination: Liaise with guests, housekeeping staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential: 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in the English language Extreme attention to detail and excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy Preferred: Experience with Airbnb customer service Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed Conflict resolution experience and creative problem-solving skills Success Metrics To measure success in this role, we will be tracking the following key performance indicators: Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
