As a Virtual Assistant at our well-established virtual assistant agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by handling a variety of administrative tasks and projects. You will be the primary point of contact for many clients, helping them achieve their goals in a flexible, remote work environment. This is a contractor role (1099) with the opportunity to work from... anywhere in the U.S.

Skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with internet and computer tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy

Responsibilities
• Organize, filter, and respond to emails
• Conduct online research on various topics
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule meetings and appointments
• Engage with clients via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, email, etc.
• Create, proofread, and edit PowerPoint presentations and other documents
• Accurately input data into systems
• Make travel plans and arrangements
• Assist with organizing and coordinating events
• Update and manage client relationship management systems
• Help with the creation and distribution of newsletters
• Oversee and manage social media accounts
• Develop and implement workflows and processes
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports
• Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed
• Offer support and training on new software and make recommendations

Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or creative role
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week)
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST
• Commitment to a one-year agreement
• Ability to pass background and reference checks

Education Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or creative role
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
