Can manage and overcome objections for subscriber cancellation and suspension requests to assist in reducing customer churn
Bring an enthusiastic personality and positive attitude to every interaction
Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
What You Will Be Doing
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. This is a high-energy environment where every interaction matters. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information about vacation rental bookings, policies, and procedures
Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions to customers
Processing booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
Upselling and cross-selling services to meet sales targets
Handling customer objections professionally to retain subscribers and reduce churn
Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Participating in ongoing training and development programs
Contributing to team goals and sharing best practices with colleagues
Work Environment and Schedule
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options. In this role, you will work an 8-hour shift, 5 days per week, with shifts available anywhere from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM PST. This variety allows you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle while meeting the needs of our customers.
As a remote team member, you will have the freedom to work from your home office, eliminating the stress of commuting. However, we do require that you maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure you can deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of the vacation rental or hospitality industry
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience with CRM software
