Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent
Manage and engage with candidates through phone and video calls, building strong relationships and identifying potential red flags early in the recruitment process
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, ensuring smooth candidate placement and exceeding client expectations
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assess candidate fit, ask insightful questions, and actively listen to their responses
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-IT recruiting with a proven track record of successful placements
Domain expertise in recruiting for the manufacturing, utilities, engineering, and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage people effectively over the phone and build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Strong listening skills, with the ability to read between the lines and identify potential issues early in the recruitment process
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach to recruitment
