**Experienced US Customer Support Agent – Tech Education and Training**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team and help students from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in answering students' questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues. If you're passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the IT industry, we encourage you to apply. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Helping students by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels * Accompanying the learning process, communicating with the student guidance team * Working with a large amount of information and structuring it accordingly **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Advanced level of English (C1) * Customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and able to multitask * General understanding of the IT industry and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python * Interest in the tech industry, ready to dive into it, understanding the processes of IT products, and online services * Ability to organize oneself, everyone, and everything around **What We Can Offer You** As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * $1k - $1.1k payment on a monthly basis * Full-time this remote contract-based position * 2/2 16:00 - 04:00 CET (Adjusted with the Daylight Savings) * A comfortable digital office.
