About the Role
We're seeking an experienced US-Based Researcher to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Researcher, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate corporate relocations by conducting online and phone research. Key Responsibilities
Conduct online and phone research to help individuals and families navigate corporate relocations
Research information on gaining professional licenses, finding new babysitters, and other essential services
Collaborate with the Research and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Work independently to complete research tasks and meet deadlines
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of proprietary research tools and resources
Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to clients and team members

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED (no college required, some college a plus)
Be at least 18 years old
Be based in the US (see states listed above where we are able to hire)
Have good phone skills and a strong working knowledge of the internet
Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Research and other teams
Proficiency in Internet searching and ability to quickly obtain pertinent resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 45 wpm typing skills
Demonstrated creative/proactive thinking skills; effective problem-solving
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsing
Able to use your own home-based high-speed internet, telephone, and computer
