Earnings and Revenue Your earnings as a contractor with blithequark will vary by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your revenue is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives can be available based on blithequark and client minimum targets. Technology and Equipment Requirements To perform this role successfully, you will need to have access to specific technology and equipment, including: A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are not permitted). A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication. High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and Satellite internet service are not supported by blithequark or any client). An operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS). Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted). A smartphone needed for daily authentication. Additional equipment may be required, depending on the specific client and their requirements. As a contractor, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with blithequark. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
